Who I am

This website is run by Rich Fleury, trading as Rich Fleury DJ, based in Congleton, Cheshire. You can contact me at rich@richfleurydj.co.uk or on 07377 740273.

What I collect and why

If you send an enquiry, I receive the details you choose to give me: usually your name, email address, phone number and information about your event. I use these only to reply to you, quote for your event and, if you book, to plan and deliver it. My lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.

Services that help run this site

Enquiry form: sent via Web3Forms, which forwards your message to my email inbox.
Hosting and visitor statistics: Cloudflare hosts the site and provides anonymous, cookie-free visitor counts.
WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact me this way, your message is handled by that service's own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

How long I keep your details

If you make an enquiry but don't go on to book, I delete your details after 12 months. If you do book, I keep your booking details for as long as I need them for my business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time by getting in touch. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
